Saturday, May 5 at Scheels in the Coral Ridge Mall from 11 am - 6 pm
Sunday, May 6 at Carver Hawkeye Arena starting at 7 am
CHIP TIMING
Both the 5K Run/Walk and 10 Mile Run are chip timed offering ease and accuracy of race times.
Ronald's Fun Run -- free for all kids!!
8:45 AM start time
Join Ronald as he starts the Fun Run for kids 5 and under in a 100 yard dash. Participation is free so bring your kids along and let them showcase their running skills!
5K Run/Walk -- Suggested amount -- $20 until April 30, $25 after April
9:00 AM start time
The participant fee for the 5K event can be waived for those unable to pay the suggested amount. Non-paying participants will not be issued a chip timing device or t-shirt.

10 Mile Run -- $30 until May 1, $35 after May 1

The 10 Mile Run course is a scenic loop starting and finishing at the Ronald McDonald House that runs along the Finkbine Commuter Trail and the Clear Creek Trail in Iowa City and Coralville. This beautiful but challenging course winds its way through Iowa City, Coralville, and University Heights showcasing gorgeous scenery, Kinnick Stadium, and the Old Capital. There are 6 aid stations along the course (see course map for exact locations or see below for more detailed information about what's offered at each location) offering water, Powerade, and port-o-jons.

Runners choosing the 10 Mile Run option will be rewarded with a technical running shirt and many other race day goodies.
